  1. How long will my order take?
    Each piece is made just for you. It takes us around 8–10 working days to craft your order, and then we ship it out. You’ll be updated once it’s on the way!
  2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
    We don’t offer COD at the moment. All orders are prepaid.
  3. Can I return my order?
    We don’t accept returns or cancellations, as each piece is made to order. But if the size doesn’t fit, we do offer a one-time exchange (see below).
  4. What if the size doesn’t fit me?
    No worries! You can request a one-time size exchange within 3 days of delivery.
    Just make sure the piece is unused, unwashed, and has all tags intact.
    You’ll need to cover the shipping to send it back. Once we receive it, we’ll ship the new size (subject to availability).
  5. What if I receive something damaged?
    Please record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.
    Email it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
    Once verified, we’ll issue a store credit (excluding shipping), valid for 6 months.
  6. What sizes do you offer?
    We offer sizes XS to XL. You can check our Size Chart for measurements. Need help choosing? Just message us — we’ll guide you.
  7. Do you ship internationally?
    Not at the moment. We currently ship only within India.
