Returns & Exchange Policy

At Label Vrindavaneshwari, every piece is made with intention, care, and a deep respect for craftsmanship. As a made-to-order brand, we follow a policy that honors the time and effort behind each creation while ensuring a fair and supportive experience for our customers.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality very seriously. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please record a clear product opening video (starting from the sealed package being opened).
  • This video is mandatory for any claim.
  • You must email us the video within 24 hours of delivery at labelvrindavaneshwari@gmail.com
  • Once verified, we will issue a store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping). This can be used on your next purchase.

Store credit will be issued as a unique discount code via email/Instagram, valid for 1 year.

2. Size Exchange

We understand sizing can be tricky sometimes. If your piece doesn’t fit quite right, we offer a one-time size exchange:

  • Must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Garment should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Courier charges for sending the item back are to be borne by the customer.
  • You may ship the garment in a mailer and discard the cardboard box if you wish. 
    We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer easy exchanges. 
  • Once we receive the product, we will ship the new size.
  • A maximum of 1 exchange is allowed per order

Please note: Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired size.

3. No Refunds

As all our garments are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

4. Sale Pieces

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on:
    • Products bought during any sale, promotion, or discount event
    • Accessories (if applicable)
  • All sale purchases are final.

5. Made-to-Order Ethos

At Label Vrindavaneshwari, every piece is handcrafted only after your order is placed. This not only helps reduce waste, but also ensures your garment is made especially for you.
Because of this model:

  • Please expect a production time of 8-10 working days before dispatch.
  • We do not keep ready stock, hence returns and cancellations are not encouraged.

6. How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

Please email us at labelvrindavaneshwari@gmail.com:

  • Your Order ID
  • Product opening video (in case of damage)
  • Reason for exchange(Damage or size exchange)
  • Size you want (in case of size issue)

7. Additional Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is found to be used or damaged by the customer.
  • We do not offer reverse pickups currently; customers are responsible for securely couriering the item back to our address.

·       The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. Please also remember to mention your full name and order number on the package. A reverse pickup can also be arranged on request subject to availability and the charges will be as per actuals.
